Who this applies to
This policy applies to visitors of ifisc.org and to anyone who submits information to KFT-Families Society through this site, including the certification inquiry form and email links.
What information is collected?
The certification inquiry form collects the organization name, type, website, and the name, role, email, and phone of the primary contact. The form also collects a written message describing your work. No information is collected automatically beyond what your browser sends with any web request (such as IP address and user agent), and this site uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
How is the information used?
Submitted information is reviewed by the IFISC certification team and used to respond to the inquiry. It is stored in encrypted form by KFT-Families Society and is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.
How long is information retained?
Inquiry submissions are retained for two years from the date of submission. Submitters can request earlier deletion at any time by writing to hello@ifisc.org.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) sets a minimal set of technical cookies required for service delivery. No marketing or analytics cookies are set.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have submitted. Write to hello@ifisc.org. The team will respond within thirty days.
